What to expect
You don’t have to do Meditatiion or Music therapy but if you want to be sure to advise us which you prefer and we will arrange an expert to be on hand.
Polgahaamuna waterfall is one of the finest exotic waterfalls in Sri Lanka. Located at the edge of Ella Jungle Resort, it comprises three beautiful waterfall views and natural pools.
Of course there are decks arranged for Yoga, Meditation and Music. Or just for being. Not this or that, just being.
During the trek you will pass many beautiful paddy fields, streams and trees. You will even
encounter a Bodhi Tree. Like the one the Buddha sat under. No, not THE one, but one similar. Sit under it for a while. Hey, you never know.
