Wild Wonders & Sacred Spaces is a short, single night, 2-day tour that combines culture and wildlife in the Northern Central parts of Sri Lanka. Your journey will take you into the untouched, untamed wilderness of Sri Lanka’s largest forest reserve, The Wilpattu National Park; where the largest collection of leopards in the world reside alongside several other animal species. From there, you will travel to the ancient, sacred city of Anuradhapura, one of the most historic locations in all of Sri Lanka, with a rich and fascinating history dating back to the 10th Century AD. Climb the Mihintale Rock, a significant landmark in the Buddhist world and the birthplace of the Buddhist philosophy in Sri Lanka, many centuries ago.

    Start your journey at 0700 hrs from your hotel in Hikkaduwa. You will be met by a designated chauffer guide from Lakpura Travels. After the formalities at the hotel you will be escorted to your air conditioned vehicle and proceed to Wilpattu.

    On arrival Wilpattu go on a lovely jeep safari in Wilapttu National Park. Feel the call of the wild with the Wilpattu National Park Safari.
