The workshop is located in Alba, just a few minutes from the historic center and the train station, making it ideal for those traveling by train.
A hands-on and engaging workshop dedicated to traditional Piedmontese pasta: "plin" (typical small ravioli) and tajarin (noodles).
You'll learn how to knead, roll out, and shape the different types of pasta. At the end of the course, a light lunch will be served, featuring the pasta we prepared together, a seasonal salad, and a traditional dessert. The experience will be complemented by a glass of red wine, water, breadsticks, and a welcome drink of coffee, tea, or flavored water. For the preparation of the dishes, we will use exclusively seasonal ingredients sourced from small local and organic producers, flour from local stone mills, and whole or unrefined cane sugar.
