Enjoying the tranquility of the Bird Sanctuary "Notwane Dam" in a lush surrounding, the welcoming Ambience of ZORRO's Restaurant, the natural beauty of the lakeside and the fun of experiencing all this on the back of a horse make a Trip to the NOTWANE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE - located just 12 km outside the Capitol City of Gaborone, but nestled in the bush, a memorable experience of African life.

What's Included

The Saddle of the horse will be fitted to your comfort; a Guide for every horse will join you throughout the Walk. Wearing a Helmet (provided) will be mandatory.
Indemnity Insurance - every rider is to sign a Form accepting responsibility for injuries.

What to expect

We will take ou on a Guided Horse-/Pony Ride on the 130-acre-premises of the NOTWANE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE. The 20-minute and 30-minute Round will take you to the waterfront of the NOTWANE DAM, a Bird Sanctuary and place of tranquility; you will have ample of time to take Selfies on the Horse, with the rolling Hills of South Africa (across the lake) in the background. The 30-minute round will continue into a small lush forest and then back to the Restaurant/the stables.
