Meeting and pickup
Your Private Chauffeur will pick you up at 1:00 pm (13:00) in the lobby of your Hotel, or at the address requested. Please be sure to provide us with complete pick up address in Rome (one address for each reservation).
Your Private Chauffeur will drop you at Civitavecchia Cruise Port, off on the pier, next to your cruise ship. All our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed to access the cruise terminal and the piers.
What to expect
All our drivers and vehicles have license and security clearance to access all ships inside the Civitavecchia Cruise Port for convenient drop-off directly on the pier next to your ship.
Each passenger is allowed one standard size suitcase and one carry on.
If you exceed the noted luggage (1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person) you may reserve a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles.
