The tour stops at Antico Casale, where you’ll meet the winemaker and then tour the vineyard and cellars. Learn how the wine is produced and maybe even sample a grape fresh off of the vine.
After the winery tour, you’ll sit down for a tasting session and sample 3 varieties of wine that are produced here.
The first wine you’ll taste is a white Frascati DOCG, which means the wine has its designation of origin guaranteed. The second is a red wine IGP, which has a protected geographical indication. And last but not least, taste a sweet Cannellino wine.
Each wine is paired with a delicious Italian specialty, such as Roman pizza or olive oil, as well as in-season fruits and vegetables from the garden.
