What to expect

Immerse yourself in the aromas and delicious flavors of the world of chocolate. During your taste tour you will discover the history of chocolate. You will love to see the transformation of the Cacao bean into the dark chocolate products. While participating in the hands-on demonstration of the chocolate-making process, you will get the opportunity to get crazy mixing chocolate with different exotic ingredients such as Jamaica flower, natural cinnamon, nutmeg and chili powder.  Once you have sampled these delicious treats, we will drive you to the adventure going paddling your way through the fast flowing rapids on class II-III Balsa River. Get wet and wild through the rapids. Tops off with hearty Costa Rican lunch and some fun surprises.
