Meeting and pickup
Pick up your Park E Bike at our office, 5 mins on foot from Sintra Portela Train Station - this is the train station just before the end of the train line at the Sintra terminal station.

With detailed self guide navigation app for your phone, you can follow our custom turn by turn directions that tell where to go as well as what you are looking at!
For your full peace of mind, we offer all day phone support and a pick-up service if you have any problems at all.
Please note that there can be slow moving but heavy vehicle traffic in and around the Historic center and Pena Palace, so you must to be comfortable riding a bicycle in urban traffic environments.
