Experience an authentic eco kayaking tour through Middle Harbour, where conservation, quiet waterways, and immersive nature experiences come before crowds & noise.
This fully guided Middle Harbour Tour explores one of Sydney’s most protected and least-developed harbour systems. Paddle at a relaxed pace with a knowledgeable local guide while learning about the area’s natural ecosystems, wildlife, and social history.
The journey takes you through a striking mix of environments—from peaceful bays and waterfront suburbs to the remote bushland edges of Garigal National Park. Sheltered waters make this a calm, low-impact experience, ideal for beginners and nature-focused travellers.
Throughout the tour, enjoy a wholesome morning tea at one of our favourite secluded shoreline locations. Take time to slow down and appreciate the serenity of this waterway.
The tour starts and finishes at Sydney Harbour Kayaks at Spit Bridge, Mosman.
We are a proud member of the Tourism NSW Hall of Fame.
Sydney Harbour Kayaks is southeastern end of Spit Bridge, next to Plonk Beach Cafe. 20mins from the city by car/taxi, & 25-30mins by bus. Buses from Sydney's CBD depart from Wynyard Station. Get off at the bus stop near Spit Bridge. Free parking is available on Avona Crescent/Parriwi Point.
