This scuba tour is for certified divers only. The best scuba diving sites in Maui offer easy access to the beach. We can arrange guided shore dives in Lahaina for you to explore near your hotel. Our dive shop guarantees small group sizes led safely by experienced scuba instructors. Scuba divers in Maui enjoy year-round near-perfect sea conditions, characterized by consistently clear visibility and warm water.
We include all of your rental scuba gear!

Maui ranks among the top dive destinations due to its accessible coral reefs. Scuba diving in Lahaina allows effortless beach entries to the ocean, and most marine life resides at depths shallower than 40 feet. You can see Hawaiian Turtles almost every dive, and during the winter months from January to April, you hear male Humpback whales singing!

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
This scuba tour is for CERTIFIED divers only. We meet at Kahekili Beach Park in Kaanapali. Turn onto Kai Ala Drive and follow the road to the ocean. You will see a big parking lot and meet your instructor here. We do not include transportation, so please let us know if you do not have a rental car.
What to expect
Has it been a while since your last dive? Think safety first and upgrade to a Scuba Review Dive! Banyan Tree Divers recommends the Scuba Review program for all certified divers who have not been diving for several months or longer. Your instructor has designed this Maui scuba dive to increase your confidence in shallow water before exploring Maui's beautiful dive sites.
Your guided Certified Shore Dive in Kaanapali begins with a briefing about your dive and safe scuba diving practices. Guests signed up for a Scuba Review Dive, covering equipment assembly and practice skills in the ocean at the beginning of their dive.
Your instructor provides all of the equipment. You are welcome to bring your scuba gear, but we also include excellent rental equipment.
