Enjoy a fun and eco-friendly daytime experience exploring Condado Lagoon on Chiliboats Waterbikes. These stable, catamaran-style waterbikes are easy to pedal, comfortable, and suitable for beginners and all skill levels. Guided by friendly locals, enjoy calm waters, scenic views, and the chance to spot wildlife while riding this unique waterbike. With some luck, you may see marine life such as turtles, rays, and manatees in this protected natural area. Perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers.

This experience takes place in a protected natural area, and we follow eco-friendly practices to help preserve the lagoon’s ecosystem.
Our location, Caribbean Chiliboats San Juan, is at San Juan Bay Marina.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and prepare for the tour.
Minimum height: 48 in (1.22 m).
Maximum weight: 450 lb (204 kg) for two people, and 240 lb (109 kg) for one person.

Meeting and pickup
Location: San Juan Bay Marina – you will see our trailer at the end of the parking lot, in front of Distrito T-Mobile. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in, prepare, and enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and the full fee will be charged.

Laguna del Condado (Pass by)
Dare to experience an eco-friendly adventure aboard our Chiliboats Waterbike! With easy pedaling, great stability, and maximum safety, you'll explore the Condado Lagoon estuary. Approximate Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes (including approximately 30 minutes of on-shore preparations and a 45 minute adventure on the water)

To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
- Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won't be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a "No Show". Reserved spaces won't be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.

- Recommendations: Bring only the essentials, space is limited; you must wear: water shoes, necessary when boarding and landing (you will get wet); hat; swimwear or comfortable cloth; sun protection lotion/cloth; sunglasses.
- The person who makes the reservation is responsible for informing the rest of the group about everything regarding the excursion.
- If you suffer from any medical condition; If necessary: Ask your doctor for authorization and mention it when making the reservation, go prepared with medications.
- It is not allowed: • Hitting the unit against any object, jumping from the unit or damaging it. • If by negligence you cause any damage to the unit, the person who made the reservation will be held responsible.
- NO smoking, drugs, alcoholic beverages or under the influence of any; If a participant arrives under the influence, will be turned away and loose the booking.
- We have several locations: Verify the departure point before making reservations to ensure you can arrive on time to the correct location.
- You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during confirmation. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions about the arrival time, requirements, and all pertinent information for the excursion.
- We reserve the right of admission.
- We offer different excursions; make sure you choose the correct tour and location. In the Caribbean, brief showers are common, but tours will proceed as scheduled. The decision to cancel or continue will be made at the meeting point based on the guide’s experience.
