The cenotes are one of the attractions that distinguishes the state of Yucatan. Cenotes are unique formations in this region, and in addition to being a primary resource for obtaining fresh water in the jungle, they were sacred places for the Mayans, representing the entrance to the spiritual underworld.

Get to know the magical Oxman cenote. It is an open cenote with high walls covered by tree roots, transforming it into a unique place. Here you can swim. The entrance to the Cenote and the vests are included! This is also where you can have lunch for 1 hour.

2Suytun Cenote
The Suytun cenote is one of the most impressive in all of Mexico. The place consists of a cave in which sunlight enters through a small hole. When this happens, the cenote lights up in a way that gives it a special magic. Entrance to the Cenote and vests are included.

3Cenote Samula
It is an underground cavern that surprises for its beauty surrounded by stalactites and for how wide the place is. Its crystal clear turquoise blue waters are illuminated by a hole in the upper part of the cavern where you can admire how the roots of the trees that surround it hang down until you reach the bottom. This cenote takes its name from a legend. According to the inhabitants of the place, some had a little pig and every time it got lost inside the mountain it returned full of mud even in times of drought. When they decided to follow him, he led them to a cave, upon entering it they realized that it was not a cave but a cenote and because of this it is known as the X'keken cenote (pig in Mayan). 5Valladolid
Valladolid is a hospitable city full of history that makes Yucatan proud.
