You will then roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta dough by hand, learning the traditional Italian techniques used to achieve the perfect texture. From your dough, you will create two classic dishes: creamy Fettuccine Alfredo and delicate ricotta-filled ravioli, which you’ll pair with a rich San Marzano tomato sauce prepared during the class.

The experience continues with the preparation of your own tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert. You’ll assemble it layer by layer using mascarpone cream, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa, creating a personal portion to enjoy.
