2. Pre-Trip Arrangement
-Travelers must inform us immediately of any changes to the flight number or schedule, including delays, cancellations, or rescheduled flights.
-One day before the service, travelers should receive a WhatsApp or WeChat message from the driver.
-If you do not receive this message, please contact our customer support immediately to avoid any missed bookings.
3. Arrival and Pick-Up (Airport → Hotel)
-The driver monitors flight status in real time to ensure timely pick-up.
-No signboard will be used at the airport.
-The driver will contact travelers directly via WhatsApp or WeChat upon landing to coordinate the meeting point.
-Paging service is subject to additional charges
-Base price covers transfers only within the Georgetown area.
-Additional surcharges apply for destinations outside Georgetown, including Tanjung Bungah, Tanjung Tokong, Batu Ferringhi, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang, or the mainland.
4. Departure Pick-Up (Hotel → Airport)
-The driver will arrive at the hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
-Assistance with luggage is provided, ensuring passengers are comfortably seated.
-Additional drop-offs along the way may incur surcharges.
5. Comfortable Transfer
-Guests enjoy a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
-The driver ensures safe driving and follows the most efficient route.
6. Drop-Off
-For arrivals → Drop-off at the traveler’s hotel or specified address.
-For departures → Drop-off at the correct airport terminal.
-The driver assists with luggage and ensures all guests safely disembark.
7. Service Completion
-Service is considered complete after drop-off.
-Guests are encouraged to leave a review on the platform to share their experience.
