The Tilicho Lake Trek invites adventure seekers to explore one of the highest glacial lakes in the world, nestled in Nepal’s Annapurna region. This trek combines stunning mountain views, rich cultural experiences, and the thrill of reaching the turquoise waters of Tilicho Lake (4,919m) surrounded by majestic peaks. Starting from Besi Sahar or Syange, trekkers will traverse charming villages and diverse landscapes, from alpine valleys to high-altitude deserts. Expect to spend 10–14 days trekking, requiring moderate to good physical fitness, with the best times to visit in spring and autumn for optimal weather conditions.

    Kathmandu to Beshishar (800m): 177 km: 6/7hrs in a car and Dharapani (1960m) in a Sharing Jeep:40km, 3hrs

    Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, covering a distance of 177 km. The journey offers breathtaking views of the Nepalese countryside, passing through lush valleys and picturesque villages. After reaching Besisahar, you'll switch to a sharing jeep for the onward journey to Dharapani. The road journey to Dharapani takes around 3 hours, covering a distance of 40 km. Dharapani is a charming village situated at an altitude of 1960m, offering a glimpse into the local culture and lifestyle of the Annapurna region.
