For terminal 4 and 5 please go in front of the Coffee shop COSTA COFFEE your driver will be there waiting, with a name board.

What to expect

After Booking your Transfer Please make sure you have provided us with all the details. your inbound flight number and schedule arrival time. your cruise ship name and cruise port terminal, you will find them on your itinerary provided by the cruise operator.
Please include your Cell phone number and email address.
once your flight lands at the airport, we expect you to come out in the the arrival within 60 to 90 minutes. some time it may take longer, depending on how busy they are. You have a 90 Minutes window this is included in the meet and greet service. 90 minutes free waiting plus car park. if you are delayed in immigration and you think you will be more then 90 minutes, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE.if you do not contact us and 90 minut passes you willl lose your transfer, and no refund will given. our waiting time charges are, minimum for the first hour £25.00 there after by the minutes.This Charge is to cover driver waiting time pay and additional car park charges.
Once you meet your driver in the arrival hall he will help with the luggage and take you to his vehicle. he will put your luggages in and take you straight to your drop of destination.
