Your driver will meet you on time at your chosen spot—downtown Beijing hotel lobby, Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)—then whisk you directly to Mutianyu Great Wall. Nestled 80 kilometers from downtown Beijing, the drive takes roughly 1.5 hours. On the wy, your driver will suggest you to buy entrance tickets at your own expense on app. You can opt for cable car, ski lift or toboggan rides (also at your own expense) to explore the wall in style. Enjoy unlimited free time to hike and wander at your own pace—and feel free to ask your driver to snap photos for youl. Best of all, we include a VIP pass that lets you skip the shuttle buses entirely. In peak season, shuttle bus lines can stretch to 1 hour one-way—our VIP access cuts that hassle out, so you can dive straight into your Great Wall adventure. After your self-guided exploration, we’ll transfer you directly back to your original pick-up point.

Of course, you can add on a friendly guide service upon booking. Your guide will hike the Great Wall with you, share fascinating histories and stories along the way, take photos for you, or even assist you with looking after your kids throughout the day. You will still have plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. After the tour concludes, you will be safely transferred back to your downtown Beijing hotel/airport.
