1Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
On the way to the Forbidden City, we recommend a scenic drive-around Tian’anmen Square instead of a stop. During peak travel seasons, lines to enter the square can stretch to 1–3 hours—time that’s far better spent exploring the imperial palace, and we want to ensure you never miss your connecting flight. Your Forbidden City entry pass is pre-booked and ready. On arrival, simply scan your passport at the checkpoint to skip the ticket lines and start your adventure. If you opt for the guide-inclusive package, your knowledgeable local guide will meet you in city.
