What's Included
Meeting and pickup
At Cairns International you driver will be waiting in the Arrivals lounge, outside Customs, adjacent to the Exemplar Transfer desk, with your name on a board
What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation. Your driver will meet you at the Exemplar desk in the T2 Arrivals/Baggage hall, with your name on a board. The desk is on your left as you enter the Arrivals hall. Please make yourself known to him/her then collect your luggage.
International Arrivals
If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will be greeting you with a smile and a board with your name on it.
