What to expect
Our Pugliese cooking course includes the preparation of fresh pasta, meat pasta sauce, eggplant parmigiana and a delicious crostata for dessert.
The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that we prepare together plus some appetizers that our chef will prepare for you.
The menu can be personalized or adapted to vegetarians, vegans or allergies.
The activity takes place in the home of a typical Puglia family in Cisternino.
AVAILABLE: Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 p.m. (minimum 4 people)
Sunday at 10:30 (minimum 6 people)
