What to expect
Our pugliese base cooking course, comprise the making of fresh pasta, pasta sauce with meat, focaccia and a delicious dessert crostata.
The experience will end with everyone sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that together we prepare plus some entrees that our chef will prepare.
The menu can be customized or adapted to vegetarians, vegans or allergy sufferers
The activity takes place in typical masseria
