- Standard Luggage Size: 50cm x 30cm x 80cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Service provider reserves its rights to reject and/or cancel the service immediately due to the unsanctioned overload of luggage.

- Sats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together
- Some journeys will involve transfers to reach your desired destination as the main bus may not go directly there (this will not be reflected on the ticket you purchase), but don't worry, we always follow up and inform you in advance.
