Batu Caves is a limestone hill comprising three major caves and a number of smaller ones. This 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the main caves and around it. Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old.
Genting Highlands is an integrated hill resort development shopping malls, theme parks and casinos. Accessible by two different cable cars, Genting Skyway which at its opening was the world's fastest and South East Asia's longest gondola lift, and the newer Awana Skyway.
The First World Plaza: Indoor theme park, which was located in the plaza, had been closed as well. SnowWorld, Genting Bowl and Video Games Park which are within the plaza have reopened in February 2018. A preview event of the new indoor theme park, called the "Skytropolis Funland" was held.

1Batu Caves
One of the highlights of a visit here is climbing the 272 steps leading up to the temple. Located in a limestone outcrop, Batu Caves is a unique and fascinating cave temple. Batu Caves consists of three big caves, with the main cave housing ornate Hindu shrines. This destination draws a huge international crowd during Thaipusam, an annual festival which pays homage to Lord Muruga. A recent addition here is the 140-feet statue of Lord Muruga, which is visible from miles away.

Fly up in just 10 minutes from the Awana Station at mid-hill to the SkyAvenue Station at the peak. With the same ticket, you get a free stop at the Chin Swee Station, where you can explore the beautiful Chin Swee Caves Temple.

3Genting Highlands Premium Outlets
Sprawling outdoor shopping center with many well-known outlet stores & a diverse food court. Genting Highlands Premium Outlets is an open-air shopping mall with an extensive collection of designer fashion, sportswear, luggage, accessories, and shoes. Set opposite Awana Genting Highlands Golf and Resort. The shopping mall is also next to the Awana Skyway Station, where you can enjoy a cable car ride to the top of Genting Highlands. There, you can find several resorts and attractions, including Skycasino, Arena of Stars theatre, SkyAvenue Mall, and the 20th Century Fox World Malaysia Theme Park.

4First World Plaza
First World Plaza is a shopping and entertainment complex at Genting Resort; perched above is the First World Hotel while at bottom, Skytropolis Funland Theme Park and a direct connection to SkyAvenue next door. Glamourous and bold, the First World Plaza is as bright inside as its multi-coloured facade, with colourful lights and interactive attractions mostly emanting from Skytropolis's design. Signature attractions besides Skytropolis Funland include SnowWorld, Ripley's Believe It or Not Adventureland, Vision City Games Park, The Void (virtual reality gaming experience), Big Top Video Games Park and Genting Bowl. Finally, the shopping experience comprises over 30 retail outlets and restaurants.
