• Basic information is provided: name, number of passengers, luggage, exact pick-up location in Tulum, flight number, and departure time.
• Availability and fare are confirmed, and a booking receipt is sent (with the option of prepayment or payment upon pick-up).

• 24 hours before the trip, the customer receives a confirmation message with:
• Driver’s name.
• Direct contact number.
• Vehicle type.
• Exact pick-up time and meeting point.

3. Pick-Up in Tulum
• The driver arrives on time at the customer’s hotel, Airbnb, or home.
• Assistance with luggage is provided.
• A warm welcome is given, and the itinerary is confirmed.
• The customer boards a clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable vehicle.

4. Safe and Comfortable Transfer
• During the ride, the customer enjoys:
• WiFi connection or personalized music (if offered).
• Complimentary bottled water.
• Safe and responsible driving.
• The trip follows the Tulum–Cancún highway, taking approximately 1 hr 45 min to 2 hr 15 min, depending on traffic.

• The driver drops off the passenger at the corresponding terminal (1, 2, 3, or 4, depending on the flight).
