Pidurangala Rock
In the afternoon, visit the nearby Pidurangala Rock for panoramic views of Sigiriya. Pidurangala Rock is an incredible 360-degree viewpoint located opposite the world-famous Sigiriya Lion Rock. Hiking to the top is possible for both of these rocks, but hiking at dawn to the top of Pidurangala Rock is a real adventure. You get a good view of Lion's Rock itself.
