The via cordata is a route equipped in a rock face in order to be able to move more easily.

It is an intermediate activity between classic hiking and climbing.

Using rope techniques such as abseiling and climbing, this half-day excursion will take you to the heart of the creeks where few people venture.

This course is affordable for beginners without any particular climbing knowledge.

Located on the route des crètes between La Ciotat and Cassis, the Philémon crossing is characterized by a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding cliffs. It is an ideal sporting activity with family or friends. The abseiling of more than 90 m, will not fail to leave you thrills!
