At Gatwick Airport, our driver will hold a board displaying the passenger's name by the arrival barriers. For all airport pick-ups, we track the flight and amend the pickup time according to the actual flight landing time. This is so that the driver is in the arrivals hall at the appropriate time. Average times to clear Customs and get luggage at London Airports: (This is for guidance purposes only) Domestic Flights: 15 mins after flight landing time. European Flights: 45 mins after flight landing time. International Flights: 60 mins after flight landing time.

Upon your arrival at Gatwick Airport, which comprises two terminals – South and North – our driver will be waiting for you with a name board near the arrival barriers.
