Our driver hold passenger name board by the Heathrow arrival gates. We track the flight and amend the pickup time according to the actual flight landing time. This is so that the driver is in the arrivals hall at the appropriate time. From Heathrow Airport: Our Driver will hold name board by the arrival gates. From Dover Cruise Port : Our Driver will hold name board by the cruise disembarking gates.
