There is no other tour experience like this on Maui. You will get to see first hand what a working conservation team does on a daily basis and why it is so important. We go into forest that contains endangered and indigenous plants and animals that visitors wouldn't be able to easily see otherwise. Most of the Mountain areas on Maui are privately owned with restricted access. This tour gives you the access.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We are located in Kapalua at 800 Office Road, across from the Bay Course Club House. The easiest way to find the place is by putting "Helewai Eco Tours" in Google Maps. Look for a big Gray Van above the main parking lot. Park in any available stall next to the Gray van.
What to expect
On a two mile hike beneath a canopy of shade along the valley ridgeline, you will set your eyes upon a side of Hawaii you’ve never seen before. Beyond the vivid natural beauty and vistas, you will walk away with knowledge of the island’s sacred connection to water and the importance of nature conservation.
