9:30 - 10:00: Cooking Demonstra�on. Join our chef for a fun and interac�ve cooking class right on board! Learn about tradi�onal Vietnamese ingredients and discover the art of making signature dishes such as nem cuốn (Vietnamese spring rolls). This hands-on ac�vity gives you the chance to prac�ce and taste your own crea�ons. 10:00 - 11:00: Farewell Lunch. Gather at the restaurant for a farewell lunch, including the dish you just prepared together with our chef, along with a variety of other freshly cooked delicacies. Enjoy your meal while taking in the final views of Halong Bay as the cruise sails back to the harbor.
