This 3 days trip from Marrakesh to Fez will lead you through the marvelous landscapes of the Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou to the Atlas Mountains passing by the splendid sand dunes of the Sahara in Merzouga.
We will pick you at the airport or at any hotel in Fez.
The High Atlas is an ideal place to product the argan oil. We will visit one of the cooperative production and eat the local gastronomics specialities for the breakfast. Once the argan oil workshop visited, we will drive to the Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou.
The Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou is ranked as a UNESCO World Heritage thanks to its size and unique architecture. This impressive monument was use many times as a film set.
In Ouarzazate, we will visit the city and eat the lunch. In the city, we will see the Kasbah Juriste before let you having rest in a marvelous hotel with swimmingpool and air conditioned.
Once leaving Ouarzazate, we will see the valley of roses in Kelâat M'Gouna. There, you will see the workshops where the rose oil and rose water are made.
The Todra Gorges are an ideal place to practice the climbing thanks to its veritginous cliffs. If you are not a climber, do not worry! It is also a good place to have a walk and a lunch in one of the local restaurants. There you will eat at the heart of the Todra Gorges.
Once arriving in Merzouga, you will ride your dromadary to the Berber camp at the heart of Sahara desert. There, you will diner with the nomads and spend the evening with them. It will be a good opportunity to discover their traditions and entertainments. After admired the sunset over the dunes, you will enjoy the starry sky before spending the night in a traditional berber tent.
We will wake up early to admire the sunrise before drive back your dromadary to a hotel in Merzouga. There, it will be possible to eat the breakfast and take a shower.
Once leaving Merzouga, we will joining the Ziz valley to drink a glass of tea with a panoramic view of the palm trees and Middle Atlas landscapes.
Midelt is the ideal place to savor a delicious Berber lucnh. On menu : Berber grills and vegetables tajines.
Azrou is famous for the valley of the monkeys. There, you will see the monkeys strolling in the cedar forest of Azrou.
Ifrane will surprise you by its european architecture. This architecture gave it the nickame of " the little Moroccan Swiss".
Then, we will drive to Fez to conclude this marvelous trip through the Morocco.
