L'activité commence à 14h, lorsque l'un des membres de notre équipe vient vous chercher à votre hébergement ou à un point de rencontre.
Nous nous rendons ensemble dans le marché local de la Médina, où vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir une variété d'ingrédients frais et traditionnels. Vous participerez à l'achat des produits nécessaires pour préparer les plats marocains.
Ensuite, direction notre Riad, un cadre authentique et chaleureux, pour rejoindre notre chef cuisinier expert.
Sous sa direction, vous apprendrez à préparer des recettes marocaines emblématiques, comme le tajine, la pastilla, ou encore des salades marocaines, tout en découvrant les techniques et les secrets de la cuisine locale.
Enfin, après la préparation, vous dégusterez les plats que vous avez cuisinés, un moment convivial de partage et de découverte culinaire.
Cette activité est idéale pour plonger dans l'ambiance de la Médina tout en apprenant à maîtriser les saveurs et les épices marocaines.

What to expect

This experience will start at 10.00 a.m or on the afternoon (on demand) at Medina Social Club Riad, at the heart of Fez medina.

During this unique cooking class, you will discover the Moroccan gastronomy before going shopping the ingredients in the Fez medina to cook delicious traditional dishes. The shopping is a good opportunity to see how the Moroccan live inside the medina.

After shopping, you will come back at the Riad to start cooking with our experimented chef. He will gives you some good advices to succeed to cook marvelous Moroccan dishes.

At the end of the recipe, of course you will could eat what you cooked.
