    Needles Highway (SD-87): Famous for its granite pillars and the iconic Needle’s Eye rock formation. You’ll navigate tight turns and the narrow Iron Creek Tunnel. Sylvan Lake is included in the tour. You stop for photo ops and rest break.

    Mount Coolidge Fire Lookout Tower

    Built of local stone, the tower rests atop a 6,023-foot peak on the way to Blue Bell Lodge and is still used today as a fire lookout and dispatch center. Wonderful views looking down at Custer Park, with Crazy Horse, Mt Rushmore and the Badlands in the distance.
