What to expect
You can join us for a Roman cooking class with an authentic Roman cook who will teach you all the secrets behind making typical Italian pasta and pizza, taught by a true licensed Mastro Pizzaiolo and Pastaio. You will discover the cooks' secrets and will have new recipes to take home.
You will prepare 3 types of dough (pasta with eggs, pasta with water, pizza).
You will then prepare 2 pasta dishes with 2 different sauces. At the end of the tour, you will taste Giuseppe (the chef) famous tiramisu!
The Roman cooking classes takes place in a residential Roman neighborhoods, where you can experience the traditions of the locals.
