What to expect
24 Hours:
24 hours before your arrange pickup you will receive a text message confirming your booking. This is a great time to confirm we have everything correct. If not please call us to update your booking.
Driver on the way:
You will receive a text message that your Chauffeur is on the way.
Driver has arrived:
You will receive a text message that your Chauffeur has arrived along with a cell number to contact them directly
Airport Arrival:
Your Chauffeur will call you and make sure you know what door number to exit and explain the process of locating your transportation. You will see a chauffeur with a greeting sign with your name.
Hotel Departure or Airbnb
Your chauffeur will be out front of hotel lobby or residence with a greeting sign with your name on it.
