From Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta, the central port city of Danang, the ancient town of Hoi An, the royal Citadel of Hue,  the vintage city of Hanoi, the natural wonders of Halong Bay.

    Cu Chi Tunnels

    7:30-8:00 Drive to visit Cu Chi Underground Tunnel - a battle field in the Vietnam War. On arrival, watch a documentary video about Cu Chi tunnels. After a short walk into the forest, visit Hoang Cam smoke-less stove, secret hideouts, fighting bunkers, dangerous booby traps and tanks. Then, visit the common parts of the tunnels and crawl through narrow passageways to experience yourself. Taste typical boiled tapioca and tea.

    Reunification Palace. Hcmc. Vietnam

    Afternoon visit Reunification Palace. On April 30th 1975 the ‘American War’ officially ended when tank number 843 of North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of the Reunification Palace. At that time, it was residence of President of Republic of Vietnam.

    8:00-8:30 Depart from Ho Chi Minh and head straight to Ben Tre. Board a small boat to visit typical workplaces including small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Cycling tour to explore the surrounding fields before boarding a sampan for a tranquil trip along the picturesque canals. Transfer to hotel.

McCain, a U.S. senator, was also detained here until 1973.
