Meeting and pickup
When you arrive DE front of the vault, you recognize it by its red facade decorated with two Alsatian characters. Olga, your Swiss shepherd is waiting for you on the porch, don't be afraid DE his barking, it's the doorbell! The vault is immediately on your left after the porch.
What to expect
Foie gras, salmon, chocolates are the long-awaited treats on the table DE Noël. We salivate in advance. But with which wine to pair them?
To avoid the stress DE your preparations, Domaine Schnei DEr offers you a workshop during which you will learn how to choose the right wine to accompany the menu of the famous festive meal, from aperitif to dessert. Discover how well Alsace wines go DE nt perfectly with the traditional Christmas menu!
On the program: 5 safe holiday values such as foie gras, salmon, chocolate,... (variable depending on availability at suppliers) and wines, which you can test, to find the perfect match for your meal, thanks to the advice and experience we offer.
At the end DE this experiment led by Marie-Joëlle and Emilie, you can buy your favorite wines, with which you will undoubtedly delight your loved ones for Christmas, at the table or under the tree!
