    Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will meet your guide at Kilimanjaro International Airport who will escort you to your lodge in Arusha. Arusha is the Tanzania Northern Circuits tourist hub. Our guides know the country with unrivaled familiarity, so you’ll be in good hands from the moment you land to the moment you leave.     After breakfast head off to Tarangire National park, where ancient baobab trees tower over some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa, and keep a lookout for the hundreds of birds species. Tarangire is known for dramatic interactions between predators and prey at the Tarangire river and the other water holes found in the park. Overnight at Marera Lodge on full board basis.     After an early breakfast head off to Ngorongoro Crater for the crater tour. Just 10 miles wide, Ngorongoro Crater was formed from a collapsed volcano. It is now a self-sustaining ecosystem with the densest predator population in Africa – you may be able to spot the Big 5 in a single afternoon! Late afternoon drive to Serengeti National Park with game on route. Transit 5 hrs.
