A way to learn about Alsace Wines and to exchange passionately around the profession of Independent Winemaker. And all this, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere we invite you to enjoy the moment!

Our team, in partnership with local caterers, elaborates the menus with the first objective of offering unexpected and easily repeatable pairings at home.

Through three culinary themes we invite participants to travel for an evening.

These evenings in the heart of summer are also an opportunity to take the time: take the time to taste, take the time to discover a culinary style, take the time to listen to yourself... In short, simply take the time to live in a world where everything goes ever faster!

What to expect

Every Friday in June, July, August we invite you to the Domaine Specht for gourmet and friendly evenings.

On the program: a tasting formula of 5 wine pairings, in partnership with local caterers, to be enjoyed in the authentic setting of our winery.

Mexican, Mediterranean or Japanese flavours and Alsace wines: let yourself be surprised by these gourmet associations!

Japanese flavours: 6 June, 27 June, 18 July, 8 August
Mediterranean flavours: 13 June, 11 July, 1 August, 29 August
