Please inform us the name, age, nationality of all guests joining the tour this information will be written in the government permits to enter the cave. We also need the name of the hotel and address for pick up. Free pick up for hotels within the main city or city center. If your hotel location is out of town extra pick up charge applies. We pick up at cruise ship port area and at the airport. We wanted to inform you that in case of bad weather conditions, there is a possibility that your scheduled tour may be canceled by the government for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation, our tour operator will offer either a full refund or an alternative tour option, depending on your choice. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
