Aparecida, located 180 km from São Paulo in the Paraíba Valley, the city is considered the largest center of Religious Tourism in Brazil, which in October (month of the Patron Saint of Brazil, Our Lady Aparecida) receives pilgrimages from different countries. In this tour we will learn some much more about its history, the miracles of Aparecida, curiosities and visit the Older Church in honor to Aparecida and the largest Marian Temple in the World.

Arriving in Aparecida city we gonna start a City Tour through the main tourist points of the city: Porto Itaguaçu, Historic Center, Older Church of Aparecida, The Faith walkway and National Temple of Aparecida.
Our first stop will be at the Porto Itaguaçu for photos and to learn about the history of the place and most importantly, the meeting of the Statue of Aparecida and visit to the place where was her first miracle. We continue with the tour to the Chapel of São Geraldo Magela, Holy protector of pregnant women and newborn children.
We continue the tour to the upper city, historical center, where we'll visit the Old Church of Aparecida to learn about its history, architecture and the history of other miracles of Aparecida that occurred in this church. After the visit, we will have free time for shopping of some souvenirs and religious stuffs on historical center.
Arriving at the Temple we will have a magical moment, with a visit to the Original Statue of Aparecida and then the tour guide will present all the architecture of the church and its fascinating mosaics located in the central dome giving the tourist an incredible view of all the liturgical symbolism of the place. After the tour through the Temple, we will continue to the Mass at 12:00, with 1 hour of duration (optional).
After the Mass, we will stop for lunch and free time to enjoy other attractions of the place, such as the Vows Room, the Museum Tower, the Wax Museum, cable car ride or visit to the Nativity Scene located on the Mount of Olives. We ended the tour in the late afternoon with a return to São Paulo.
