What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We offer flexible pick-up from San José International Airport (SJO) or any hotel or Airbnb in San José, Heredia or Alajuela. Please provide your flight number or exact pick-up location at the time of booking. Our bilingual driver will contact you in advance via WhatsApp for coordination. We monitor flights in real time and adjust pick-up times if your arrival is delayed. If you wish to include a stop (e.g. for currency exchange, coffee or a supermarket), please let us know — we’ll be happy to tailor the ride to your needs.
Drop-off available at any hotel, Airbnb, or designated location in Jacó town or surrounding beach area. Please specify your final address when booking.

Reservation Confirmation
Book your transfer online. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message from our Twaling team to coordinate details: pick-up location, preferences, and optional experiences.
Pick-Up Coordination
If you're arriving at SJO Airport, we’ll request your flight number and track it in real time.
If staying at a hotel or Airbnb, we’ll confirm the exact address and timing a day before the ride.
Meet & Greet
Your bilingual driver will meet you at the airport with a sign or directly at your hotel or Airbnb.
Luggage assistance and a brief welcome included.
Customized Ride Begins
Enjoy a smooth, scenic ride with Wi-Fi, personalized music, and optional stops at viewpoints, ATMs, cafés, or supermarkets — all tailored to your comfort.
Optional Experience: Crocodile Safari at Río Tárcoles
If your transfer schedule allows and availability is confirmed in advance, you can upgrade your ride with a stop at the famous Río Tárcoles Crocodile Boat Tour.
