Departure from Lisbon at 7:30 a.m. towards the Spanish border to arrive in Merida. Free time to explore its impressive archaeological complex, featuring the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre, both declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Lunch at leisure. Afterwards, we continue along the “Autovía de la Plata” (Silver Route) towards Andalucia to arrive in Sevilla. Dinner and accommodations.
Breakfast in the hotel. Morning city tour visiting the typical Barrio de Santa Cruz with its narrow streets, the Park of María Luisa and Plaza de España, with a panoramic sightseeing of the city. Optional Artistic tour including the Royal Alcazar Palace. Lunch at a restaurant. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodations.

Breakfast. Departure to Granada. Visit to the spectacular group of monuments of the Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings, with its magnificent fountains, gardens and arches. Dinner and accommodations. Optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and attend a typical show of gipsy flamenco. * If in any case, The Patronato of the Alhambra and Generalife were not granted tickets for certain dates for the participants of the Visit, a tour of the city of Granada will be provided instead: Visit to the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, Royal Chapel and a walk through the city Alcaiceria (silk market) and the Cathedral Square.
Breakfast and departure towards the Imperial City of Toledo, full of history and monuments. Lunch and -city sightseeing throughout its narrow streets and alleys. Continuation to Madrid. Breakfast and departure to Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and birthplace of fado. Free time. We continue to Fátima, an important pilgrimage centre. Free time to visit the Basilica and Sanctuary. Afterwards, we proceed to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Arrival and end of our services.
