Rental time is 4 hours from departure time.Our staff will make sure you do not miss your departure time.

If the return is delayed within 15 minutes, there is no extension fee.
After that, an extension fee of 500 yen will be charged every 30 minutes.

If you would like to extend the book, please be sure to contact us by the scheduled return time.
Extensions are available depending on the situation (500 yen per 30 minutes).
(Example: Extension 16 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes → 500 yen, 46 minutes to a maximum of 75 minutes → 1,000 yen)

⚠ Returns after business hours (18:00) are not accepted.
In the unlikely event that the item is returned after 6 p.m., for after-hours correspondence
There will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen.
