Peanut Island Sunrise Paddle Boarding Adventure

Upon meeting at Phil Foster Park we will paddle over sandbars toward Peanut Island.
Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for spotted eagle rays, colorful starfish, and even a manatee or two!
Once at the island, we’ll explore either the natural lagoon or the snorkeling rocks, depending on conditions.
In the winter, we’ll search for manatees and all year long we will look for sea turtles, tropical fish, rays and more!
This excursion is scheduled at both high and low tide, High tide is when Peanut Island’s waters transform into a stunning display of crystal-clear aquamarine beauty—some of the clearest in South Florida.

Phil Foster Park. Under the blue heron bridge. We will meet under the bridge near the playground. You will look for a large white passenger van.
