Pickup Details for Travelers To ensure a smooth and stress-free journey, please take note of the following: Standard Pickup Times International Flights: Pickup is scheduled 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight time. Domestic Flights: Pickup is scheduled 1.5 to 2 hours before your flight time. This allows enough time for check-in, security clearance, and unexpected traffic delays. Pickup Location Be ready at your confirmed pickup address at the scheduled time. Your chauffeur will notify you via phone or text when they arrive. A 15-minute grace period is allowed at no extra cost. Running Late? If you are running late, kindly inform us as early as possible. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may incur an additional fee. Luggage Reminder Please ensure your luggage is packed and ready before pickup. If you have oversized or more than three pieces of luggage, inform us in advance so we can assign the appropriate vehicle. Flight Monitoring For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Need to Adjust Your Pickup Time? You can reach out to us to reschedule or update your booking. We recommend making any changes at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
1. Booking Request
The journey begins when a traveler contacts Kandid to request a ride. Bookings can be made via:
Phone call or WhatsApp
Website booking form (if available)
We collect key details:
Pickup and drop-off locations
Date and time
Flight info (if applicable)
Number of passengers and luggage
Special requests (e.g., child seat, extra stops)
2. Booking Confirmation
Once all details are confirmed:
We send a booking confirmation via text, email, or WhatsApp.
The traveler receives pickup time, chauffeur details, and vehicle type.
Payment options are shared (if not prepaid).
3. Pre-Ride Coordination
Ahead of the trip:
We monitor traffic and flight schedules (if applicable).
The chauffeur is dispatched early to ensure timely arrival.
The client receives a reminder and the driver’s contact details 1–2 hours before pickup.
4. Pickup
The chauffeur arrives at the scheduled time and location.
A 15-minute grace period is offered at no extra charge.
Assistance is provided with luggage and boarding.
The vehicle is clean, air-conditioned, and ready to offer a premium experience.
5. In-Transit Experience
Passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable ride with professional service.
Complimentary amenities (e.g., water, phone charging, Wi-Fi*) may be provided.
The chauffeur drives responsibly and follows the best route to avoid delays.
6. Drop-Off
For airport trips: You’re dropped off at your airline’s terminal entrance for easy check-in.
For other destinations: You’re dropped at the exact location requested (e.g., hotel, residence, office).
The chauffeur assists with unloading luggage and ensures you’re settled before departure.
7. Feedback & Follow-Up
After the trip, we may reach out to collect feedback and ensure your satisfaction.
