Once everyone is ready, board your transportation and head toward San Gervasio. - Transportation: Comfortable transportation is provided from the meeting point. Vehicle type varies by group size: compact car for 1–4 guests, minivan for 5–8 guests, and van for larger groups.

- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.
- No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at the port of Cozumel, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
