    Tarangire National Park

You’ll begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel Arusha Airport, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive to the captivating Tarangire National Park. Once there, you’ll embark on a thrilling full-day game drive, witnessing incredible wildlife and dramatic landscapes. During the day, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch inside the park before continuing your exploration. Tarangire is known for its impressive herds of up to 300 elephants, who scrape the waterless riverbeds in search of hidden streams. As one of the most wildlife-rich areas outside the Serengeti ecosystem, Tarangire provides an incredible setting for predators to thrive. It’s also home to unique dry-country antelope species, such as the elegant fringe-eared oryx and the curious long-necked gerenuk. Tarangire stands out as the only park in Tanzania where migratory animals gather during the dry season, creating an exceptional wildlife spectacle that’s truly one of a kind.
