What to expect
After pick up will head to the Materuni village, will do a short but challenging hike to the Material falls and enjoy the beautiful view of the falls later on will visit a coffee farm & learn about how coffee is grown, harvested & processed, you will then try your hand at roasting & preparing a fresh cup of raw & local coffee after Materuni will drive to the warm water spring, which is one of the best places to swim with a beautiful scenery.
Hike to Materuni Waterfall
Take a scenic 45-minute hike through lush rainforest trails to reach the breathtaking Materuni Waterfall, the tallest in the region at 90 meters. Relax, snap photos, or take a refreshing swim in the natural pool beneath the falls.
Tips for Your Trip:
- Wear comfortable walking shoes (preferably waterproof) – trails can be muddy and slippery.
- Bring swimwear if you plan to swim at the falls.
- Pack sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat for sun protection.
- A light rain jacket is recommended, especially during the rainy season.
