You'll start the tour at our organic farm, watching the happy Duroc pigs raised free-range. Discover their lifecycle and the impact of organic farming on the final product's quality.
The surrounding environment offers unique wonders: take a peaceful stroll through the olive groves and grain fields and admire a herd of purebred Spanish horses. You’ll also see our working mill, demonstrating how we sustainably close the organic production cycle.
You'll tour our artisan facilities. Through a video presentation, we’ll reveal the secrets of the ancient art of ham curing. You'll delve into the culture of Spanish ham, learning to distinguish the famous Jamón Ibérico de Bellota from our unique organic Jamónes.
The experience culminates with a commented tasting of our finest organic artisan hams and sausages, perfectly paired with two premium Rioja DOCa wines (one red and one white). An authentic explosion of flavor.
