Immerse yourself in the magic of Ibiza with a wellness experience designed to balance your body, mind, and soul. When booking, you can choose between two paths: a focused Shamanic Yoga session, or the ultimate Half-Day Retreat that adds a healthy brunch and a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) lesson.

Option 1: Shamanic Yoga Only
Dive deep into a tailored 1.5-hour yoga class. Focused on powerful breathwork and awakening your inner Kundalini energy, this session is designed to help you reunite with your wild, authentic self.

Option 2: The Full Half-Day Retreat (Yoga, Brunch & SUP)
Extend your transformative journey! After harmonizing your spirit on the mat, we will sit down together for a healthy and nourishing brunch to refuel your body. Finally, we take the balance we cultivated out onto the water with a fun and guided Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) lesson, gliding over the crystal-clear waters of the island.

What to expect

Your experience starts in a peaceful setting. Because every individual is unique, I tailor the practice to your specific physical constitution (Dosha). The core of our practice is rooted in Shamanic breathwork (Pranayama) and Kundalini awakening techniques to unblock stagnant energy. The flow includes asanas, mantra chanting, and meditation. To guide you into deep relaxation, the session is beautifully enriched with the healing vibrations of Tibetan bells, essential oils, incense, and palo santo.

2. Healthy & Nourishing Brunch (Full Retreat ONLY):
After the physical and spiritual practice, it’s time to nourish your physical body. We will share a delicious, healthy brunch designed to replenish your energy. Expect fresh, wholesome, and nutrient-dense foods that perfectly complement your wellness journey.

3. Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson & Tour (Full Option ONLY):
With a clear mind and a nourished body, we head to the water! You will receive a guided Stand Up Paddleboarding lesson suitable for all levels. Learn how to find your physical balance on the board while gently paddling along Ibiza’s breathtaking coastline. It’s the perfect, joyful conclusion to your day.
